Full time Realtor for over 20 years – Experienced in residential resale, new and luxury homes, pre-foreclosure options, investment homes and land sales. I work with sellers, buyers & investors. I am experienced with short sales, REO\’s and investment properties. I have extensive training and knowledge gained from my years in Real Estate. I have been appointed for over 7 years as a Special Real Estate Commissioner and handle 3-4 divorce/court appointed sales per year on average. References upon request.

Ruby was all in when it came to representing us. We are 2000 miles away and she understood the importance of being our e yes and ears throughout the process of making a major purchase. She was there for the initial walkthrough and described the property in detail. She was also on site for all the inspections and made sure all of our concerns were addressed and taken care of. If any problems came up she was very reassuring that she would handle it and she did. We feel very fortunate to have been put in contact with her.
Her experience is second to none. She knew everything that was going to be required of us from the appraiser, the lender, and the title agency. We were never left without details of where we were in the process.
Ruby was so understanding of our situation and we have the utmost confidence in her abilities as an agent. If we ever need any advice or assistance in the future concerning selling or buying another property we will seek her out.

I met Ruby a few years back when I was looking for a rental home. She came highly recommended from a friend who had work ed with Ruby in the past buying a few different homes. Ruby helped me find where I have been living and I didn't hesitate to call her when I was able to start looking for a home to buy.
We talked about what I was looking for and she set up perfect search parameters. Any changes I asked for to the search, such as no HOA's, were implemented quickly. Ruby was also very patient with me as I was skittish in putting in an offer as this was the first time I was looking to buy a home. I never felt any pressure to buy something so she could move on - I could tell she would be with me, holding my hand, till the end.

Ruby helped guide me through the entire process. She made sure all my paperwork was signed and processed in a timely man ner. I felt she really went out of her way for me. She even drove into the city at night, to meet on my way home from work to sign papers because I work a lot and hadn't checked my email and these papers needed signed. Ruby was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods I was looking in. She set up and actually met the home inspector because I couldn't get time off work to do it. She found a house with everything I needed, including a gas kitchen stove and a fenced yard for my dog.
I really thought Ruby did a wonderful job helping me find the perfect home. She listened to what I thought was important during my search. She made herself available to me to look at many homes, sometimes at off hours to accommodate my grueling work schedule. She went out of her way to guide me and get everything processed and close on my house before I left the state on a an extended trip back home to see family. Thank you Ruby. You are awesome
